We think it’s important for you to understand every step of our process when you ask us to bring new life to your marketing strategy. The five steps below outline how we work for every project, big or small.
We’ll sit down with you for an in-depth assessment of your current digital strategy — what you’ve tried, where you are and where you want to be. We’ll look at your:
- Visual branding
- Social media presence
- Search ranking
- Local search results
- Mailing list
- Current marketing and PR efforts
- Thought-leadership profile
Oh, and we’ll size up your competitors, too.
We’ll present recommendations tailored to help you reach your business goals. Whether you need stronger sales, a greater leadership profile, a more compelling social media presence, a fresh look or just to be easier to find in Google, we can help. We’ll work with you to determine which options make sense for your budget.
We don’t believe in doing work that won’t provide a meaningful return on your investment, so if we think that we aren’t the right team to help you get where you need to be, we’ll tell you that, too.
We’ll sit down with you and take a look at everything we’ll need from you for the project. Do you have content? Do you need copy? Do you need someone to write and edit that copy? What about photos or videos? Can these be obtained from your personal archives, or will we need to purchase or create them?
We’ll work with you to find solutions that are both high quality and within your budget.
We’ll create a staffing plan tailored specifically for your company and your budget. This might be a one-on-one consultancy with our lead strategist and designer, Tami, or it might involve assembling a hit squad of experts in your field. We’ll huddle to brainstorm on the fine details of your project. Then we’ll have one more pre-project meeting with you to present detailed solutions and recommendations for your approval.
Once you sign off, our team will create a full project plan. We generally work in six-week cycles; before we start work you will receive a schedule detailing the project life cycle. Then we’ll get to work!

We don’t want to leave you feeling stranded after your project launch. If you’d like help maintaining your awesome new marketing presence, we can offer a variety of options for maintenance packages that fit your needs.
We can work with your in-house team, we can be your in-house team, or we can provide regular consultation to help you manage your presence in the most effective way on your own. We’re also working to add a number of DIY options through 2016, which will help you to manage your presence more effectively all on your own.
